It's official...I will be serving on the Fig Garden Police Protection District Board. I am honored to have received your support!
Getting out and meeting new friends and neighbors who cherish this neighborhood as much as I do has been so rewarding. We are all so invested in this charming jewel of a community and I want you to know that my priority is to serve YOU and Old Fig Garden. I will continue to get out and meet neighbors and want you to feel that I am approachable and committed to your safety. I think you will start to observe noticeable, positive changes in our community. Please never hesitate to contact me.
I would also like to thank Suzanne Crosina-Sahm for helping me get the word out about my candidacy and platform, and Christina Rontell for creating my website. They both plan to continue volunteering to help keep you abreast of news in our community. Thank you to all of you!

ACCOUNTABILITY

Hi, I'm Frances Morrison
I've been an Old Fig Garden resident since 1994 with my husband, attorney Michael Berdinella.

Appalled by the recent murder of Nick Kauls near my home, I began attending Police Protection Board meetings with other neighbors who were concerned with keeping contract deputies within contract boundaries.

I discovered some of our past deputies were leaving the contract area, making us vulnerable to those who would do us harm. Other neighbors who had been burglarized or victims of crime expressed similar concerns. Some were considering moving away from Old Fig. This spurred my desire to serve as a board member.

I have been on 100+ ride-alongs with deputies and police. I was a member of the Sheriff's Advisory Committee and the Fresno County Sheriff's Office Neighborhood Watch Board, and I graduated from the Fresno Police Department Citizens Academy.

This November, I would be honored if you would vote for me so I can serve you on the Fig Garden Police Protection District Board.
